Request a certified interpreter

To schedule an interpreter, fax, e-mail or call us and we will need the following:

  • INFORMATION ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT (DATE, TIME, LOCATION, APPROXIMATE LENGTH, TYPE OF APPOINTMENT)
  • BILLING ADDRESS
  • CONTACT PERSON

We will then find an appropriate interpreter and contact you to confirm.  You will be mailed an invoice from our agency after the assignment.  If you prefer, we can fax or email your invoice, and we accept credit card payments as well.

Our Grand Rapids office is open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.

If you need assistance after hours, interpreters are available for police or medical emergencies.  An answering service will direct your call as necessary.
