DESCRIPTION:Professional Conversations\n\n\nDescription: \nProfessional Conversations\, hosted by the D&HHS Mentor Program\, invites future and current working interpreters to participate in Bi-monthly ethical discussions centered around creating professional communities of practice as an ASL interpreter. \nTuesday October 18\, 2022\, from 6 – 8pm. Online conversations hosted on Zoom.  \n$20/participant until October 4\, 2022. Price increase after that.  \nWorkshop will be held in spoken English. Accommodation requests must be made by  4 pm on October 11\, 2022. \nMCDHH is an approved RID CMP Sponsor for Continuing Education Activities. This Professional Studies (PS) program is offered for 0.2 CEUs at the “Some” instructional level. \n**Michigan LARA-BCHS “Ethics” CEUs  are PENDING** \nCancellation Policy – 50% refund if cancelled by October 4\, 2022. After this date\, no refund will be given. D&HHS reserves the right to cancel at any time with a full refund. Eventbrite fees will NOT be refunded.
